EJBM seeks to publish high-quality, original research articles, comprehensive literature reviews, and insightful case studies that address contemporary challenges in the global business environment.

EJBM operates under a strict Open Access policy, ensuring that all published research is freely available to the global public to support the exchange of knowledge.
- Zero Tolerance for Plagiarism: All submissions are screened using industry-standard anti-plagiarism software.
- Ethical Standards: The journal adheres strictly to the guidelines set forth by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). The ENC Research Ethics Committee oversees compliance, ensuring all studies involving human subjects follow proper ethical protocols.
- Publication Fees: Currently, EJBM does not charge Article Processing Charges (APCs) or submission fees, supporting emerging scholars and expanding our academic volume.
Authors are requested to prepare their manuscripts according to the following formatting guidelines to facilitate the review process:
- Language: English (US or UK, consistently applied).
- Format: MS Word document (.doc or .docx).
- Length: Typically between 6,000 to 10,000 words, including references and appendices.
- Title Page: Must include the article title, author name(s), institutional affiliations, ORCID IDs (if available), and the corresponding author’s contact information.
- Abstract: A concise summary of 150-250 words outlining the research purpose, methodology, findings, and implications.
- Keywords: 4 to 6 keywords for indexing purposes.
- Introduction: This section should explain the background to the study, its aims, a summary of the existing literature and why this study was necessary or its contribution to the field.
- Method: The section should include: the aim, design and setting of the study, the characteristics of participants or description of materials, a clear description of all processes, interventions and comparisons.
- Results: This should include the findings of the study including, if appropriate, results of statistical analysis which must be included either in the text or as tables and figures.
- Discussion: This section should discuss the implications of the findings in context of existing research and highlight limitations of the study.
- Conclusion: This should state clearly the main conclusions and provide an explanation of the importance and relevance of the study reported.
- Referencing Style: APA (American Psychological Association) 7th Edition format is mandatory for all in-text citations and the reference list.
- All manuscripts must be submitted digitally via the EJBM Open Journal Systems (OJS) portal.
- Authors must register an account on the EJBM submission portal.
- Submissions must be original work, not previously published, and not currently under consideration by another journal.
- Authors must submit a “Blinded Manuscript” (with all author identifying information removed) alongside a separate “Title Page.”
- Desk Review: The Editor-in-Chief conducts an initial screening to ensure the manuscript aligns with the journal’s aims and scope and meets basic formatting and originality standards.
- Double-Blind Review: The blinded manuscript is sent to at least two independent expert reviewers in the relevant field. Neither the authors nor the reviewers will know each other’s identities.
- Decision: Based on the reviewers’ feedback, the Editorial Board will issue one of the following decisions: Accept, Accept with Minor Revisions, Revise and Resubmit (Major Revisions), or Reject.
- Timeline: EJBM strives to provide initial feedback within 8 to 12 weeks of submission.
