Eurasia Research and Innovation Conference (ERIC)

The Eurasia Research and Innovation Conference (ERIC) is the flagship annual academic event hosted by the Eurasia Nations Campus (ENC). Designed to support Master’s and Doctoral (DBA) scholars, corporate researchers, industry leaders and Academics ERIC serves as a transcontinental forum for the exchange of high-impact research.

Our mission is to foster multidisciplinary dialogue that transforms global enterprise through innovation. By bridging the gap between academic theory and corporate application, ERIC provides a platform for researchers to present their findings, engage in rigorous peer review, and network with leading global academics.

Reviewer Process

To uphold the highest standards of academic excellence, all submissions to ERIC undergo a rigorous Double-Blind Peer-Review process.

  • Initial Screening: The Conference Secretariat reviews all submitted abstracts for alignment with the conference tracks, basic formatting, and originality.
  • Blind Review: Abstracts (and subsequently, full papers) are stripped of author identities and assigned to at least two independent subject-matter experts from the ENC Academic Council and our global reviewer network.
  • Evaluation Criteria: Reviewers evaluate submissions based on originality, methodological rigor, clarity of presentation, and relevance to contemporary business practice.
  • Notification: Authors will receive formal notification of acceptance, conditional acceptance (requiring minor/major revisions), or rejection.
Publication Opportunities

ERIC provides robust pathways for academic publication and global indexing.

Conference Proceedings

All accepted and presented abstracts/papers will be published in the official ERIC Conference Proceedings, which will be assigned an ISBN and registered with CrossRef for DOI allocation.

Journal Publication (EJBM)

Outstanding full papers presented at the conference will be invited for expedited review and potential publication in the Eurasia Journal of Business Management (EJBM).
