Dr. Damith Gangodawilage
Vice Rector & Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Damith Gangodawilage is an award-winning academic and practicing scholar with over 25 years of distinguished experience in taxation, financial management, entrepreneurship, and innovation. As the Vice Rector and CEO of Eurasia Nations Campus, he spearheads the institution’s strategic operations, transnational partnerships, and transcontinental expansion.
Dr. Gangodawilage earned his Doctorate in Entrepreneurship and Compliance Management from the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka, and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia. He is a highly credentialed multidisciplinary professional, serving as a Certified Tax Advisor and a Fellow Member of the Sri Lanka Institute of Taxation.
Beyond academia, he is a formidable force in the corporate sector as the Founding Managing Director of Taxperts Lanka Pvt. Ltd (a pioneering fintech firm) and the Founder of Corporate Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. His previous leadership roles include serving as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer for TATA Communications Lanka Ltd, and as the Deputy Dean at the Qasim Ibrahim School of Business and Director at the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development at Villa College, Maldives. At ENC, Dr. Gangodawilage ensures that academic rigor is seamlessly integrated with real-world corporate demands.

Prof. (Dr.) Sanath Divakara
Pro-Vice Rector (Education and Research) & Chief Operating Officer
Prof. (Dr.) Sanath Divakara is a leading multidisciplinary research practitioner and management consultant, holding a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from the University of Kelaniya. As the Pro-Vice Rector and COO, he serves as the academic and operational anchor of ENC, overseeing curriculum development, institutional quality assurance, and the campus’s overarching research agenda.
Prof. Divakara brings a wealth of practical corporate experience to his academic leadership, having served as a leading intrapreneur with extensive experience in engineering and management across large and medium-scale manufacturing organizations in Sri Lanka. His deep expertise in entrepreneurship, SME rejuvenation, and strategic planning allows him to bridge the gap between theoretical research and industrial application.
At ENC, Prof. Divakara chairs the Academic Council and plays a pivotal role in driving the Eurasia Journal of Business Management (EJBM) and the annual ERIC conference, fostering a high-performance culture of continuous learning and enterprise innovation.

Prasanna Liyanage
Director (Campus Outreach)
Based in Toronto, Canada, Prasanna Liyanage is responsible for social media, public relations, institutional exposure, and strategic communication at Eurasia Nations Campus.
He brings over 20 years of experience in business development, marketing, digital transformation, ICT distribution, consulting, training, and manufacturing. He holds a B.Sc. Engineering degree from the University of Moratuwa, an MBA with Merit from Cardiff Metropolitan University, and a Higher Diploma from the British Computer Society. He is also a Member of the British Computer Society (MBCS), an International Certified Corporate Trainer – City & Guilds, and a Certified Product Manager – IBM.
At ENC, Prasanna supports global visibility, stakeholder engagement, international partnership communication, and the positioning of the institution as a modern, industry-connected, transnational education brand.

G. K. Wijayananda
Director
G. K. Wijayananda is an expert in human capital strategy and institutional administration. As the Director of Campus Operation and Talent Management, he oversees the day-to-day operational efficiency of the campus and ensures the seamless execution of ENC’s hybrid delivery models.
Mr. Wijayananda is responsible for cultivating ENC’s elite faculty and administrative teams, driving talent acquisition, performance evaluation, and professional development. By aligning the institution’s human resources with its strategic academic goals, he ensures that students receive unparalleled support and that the campus operates with the agility and precision of a top-tier corporate entity.
